Let's introduce Kaitlyn Morrell, a 2006 graduate who has crafted an impressive career through her diverse educational background and dedication to healthcare. After high school, Kaitlyn pursued her academic aspirations at Pacific Lutheran University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Public Relations and Advertising, as well as a Bachelor of Musical Arts in Voice. She furthered her education by attaining a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Marylhurst University.

Currently, Kaitlyn serves as a Provider Outreach & Engagement Advisor for Legacy Health, where she plays a vital role in helping physicians and clinical leaders navigate the ever-evolving healthcare landscape. Her future goals include continuing to make a difference in healthcare, further establishing her expertise in the field.

Kaitlyn's high school experience was marked by her participation in a variety of activities. She was a cheerleader, demonstrating her spirit and enthusiasm for her school. Additionally, her involvement in music and the arts was extensive, including participation in the Marching Band, Jazz Band, Show Choir, Honor Choir, and musicals. These experiences fostered her sense of community and working with people, and her role as a drum major enhanced her leadership skills and self-assurance. The foundation she gained in high school paved the way for her to receive a college music scholarship, compete in vocal competitions, perform with Operafestival di Roma in Italy, and engage in professional performances outside of college.

Kaitlyn's advice for young Turks is grounded in her own journey of exploration. She encourages them to approach college and their careers with an open mind, highlighting that her own career in healthcare was born from an internship during college. Embracing discomfort as a path to growth and learning is another valuable piece of advice she offers.

Kaitlyn and her family have settled in Tualatin, Oregon, where she balances her thriving career with the joys of family life. She is the proud mother of a six-year-old daughter and a 17-month-old son.

In her professional bio, Kaitlyn's role as a provider outreach and engagement advisor is emphasized. She plays a strategic role in building relationships with healthcare professionals and contributes to population health and service line outreach initiatives. Outside of work, she enjoys running marathons, traveling, gardening, and cherishing moments with her husband and children.
